Many know Moreno Valley businessman and self-proclaimed developer Iddo Benzeevi for his company Highland Fairview, associated with the World Logistics Center campus proposal and Skechers distribution center.
The same individual is connected with company in central California called Healthcare Conglomerate Associates or HCCA founded with his brother Dr. Benny Benzeevi which has been the heart of poor reports by the California Department of Public Health. It’s also been the source of the bankruptcy of the Southern Inyo Hospital near Lone Pine and Tulare Regional Medical Center which laid off over 500 employees.
At the time of this video, it’s also caught up in a criminal probe by the Tulare District Attorney’s office for alleged financial mismanagement and equipment theft.
All of this information, plus Benzeevi and Highland Fairview’s already poor and thin development track record are things which should be of concern to Inland Empire residents and more.
